PRODUCT AND SIZING INFORMATIONS
What size collar does my dog need?
- Get a soft, flexible measuring tape. If you don't have one, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.
- Have your dog stand comfortably. Ensure they are not sitting or lying down, as this can affect the measurement.
- Place the measuring tape around the base of your dog's neck, where a collar would normally sit. This is typically just above the shoulder blades.
- Pull the measuring tape snug against the neck, but not too tight. Add an additional 1.5cm to this measurement for comfort.
- When in doubt, it's better to choose a slightly larger collar size to ensure your dog's comfort.
Additional tips:
- If your dog falls between two sizes, opt for the larger one.
- Remember that puppies will grow, so factor in some extra room if you're buying a collar for a young dog.
What sizes do your products come in?
Currently, our product line is focused on serving small and medium-sized dogs.
However, as Dear Nora grows and expands, we plan to introduce products in a wider range of sizes. Our goal is to offer our handmade, premium quality items to dogs of all sizes, from petite pups to larger breeds.
Can I wash my products?
Our products are crafted from high-quality leather and fabric. Due to the nature of these materials, our products are not suitable for machine washing.
If your product becomes dirty or stained, we recommend spot cleaning the affected area using the following method:
- Mix a small amount of mild soap with water to create a cleaning solution.
- Dip a soft sponge or cloth into the solution, then wring out the excess water so that the sponge or cloth is damp but not soaking wet.
- Gently dab and rub the stained area with the damp sponge or cloth until the dirt or stain is lifted.
- Use a separate damp cloth (without soap) to wipe away any remaining soap residue.
- Allow the product to air dry naturally. Avoid using heat sources like hair dryers, as they may damage the leather or fabric.
Do you offer customisation or personalisation options for your products?
At the moment, we do not offer customization or personalization options for our products. As a new company, our focus is on providing high-quality, handmade items that showcase our unique designs.
However, we understand that many pet owners are interested in personalized products for their beloved dogs. As we grow and expand, we hope to introduce customisation and personalisation options in the future.
How accurate are the colours of the products on www.dearnora.com?
Each product is photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colours shown should accurately depict those of the product in question. However, it is possible that they may vary slightly from one screen to another, due to differing display settings
Are your products handmade or machine-made?
All of our products are handmade. We also handpick all of the accessories, leathers, and fabrics used in our products to maintain strict control over the quality of our materials.
Are Dear Nora products made with vegan leather?
We currently use real leather for all Dear Nora pieces.

Our accessories are currently available exclusively on our website. If you would like to know when they become available elsewhere, please stay in touch by subscribing to our newsletter.
How do I order online?
Please select the product you wish to order on our site, click ‘Add to Cart’ and indicate your desired quantity.
You can view and/or edit the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of all our website pages. You can then proceed to the check-out.
We will also send confirmation of your order by email.
How do I place a gift order?
Unfortunately, we are not offering gift packaging at this time. However, we do offer Gift Cards!
Can I add a gift message after placing my order?
For now, we are unable to add gift packaging to orders. However, you can leave a personal message with our Gift Cards.

Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across Europe, including the UK, and are looking forward to expanding our delivery territories in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to every destination we serve. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping time - when will my order arrive?
For customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.
For other European countries, delivery times may extend to 3-7 working days. We collaborate with reputable shipping partners to guarantee prompt and safe delivery of your order. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery's progress.
Please note: After your package is dispatched, the precise delivery timing may be influenced by unforeseen delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your Dear Nora items reach you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy if I change my mind about a Dear Nora item?
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You can return or exchange any item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
To ensure a smooth returns process, please return the item(s) in their original, new condition—free of any wear, scratches, or damage, with all original tags attached. Kindly use the original packaging, or one of similar size and protection, to ensure the item(s) arrive back to us safely.

Is the return shipping free of charge?
We offer free returns and exchanges within Benelux and Germany, providing prepaid shipping labels at no additional cost.
For customers outside these regions, we can provide reduced-cost prepaid shipping labels for returns and exchanges. The cost of these labels will be deducted from your refund. Each label comes with tracking and insurance to protect your package against loss or damage. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on our prepaid labels.
